Return Process

  Log in to your Vita account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
